Team Managers (Parent Volunteers)
Team manager = parent volunteer on each team primarily responsible for team communications and liaison between the coach, players, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Enter practice schedules into Ollie app
- Enter game schedules into Ollie app
- Communicate any schedule changes to player/parents
- Assist Coach (as requested by Coach) in rescheduling of games
- Assist Coach (as requested by Coach) in player passing
- Enter score of each game into MAYSA Playmetrics
- Pay all Home game refs (money distributed by Club at beginning of Season)
- Work with Club Admin to ensure all team players are in admin compliance
- Enter team info, as needed, for tournaments
- Communicate & coordinate team attendance/participation at DHS Youth Night
