Team Managers (Parent Volunteers)

Team manager = parent volunteer on each team primarily responsible for team communications and liaison between the coach, players, etc. 

Responsibilities:

  • Enter practice schedules into Ollie app
  • Enter game schedules into Ollie app
  • Communicate any schedule changes to player/parents
  • Assist Coach (as requested by Coach) in rescheduling of games
  • Assist Coach (as requested by Coach) in player passing
  • Enter score of each game into MAYSA Playmetrics
  • Pay all Home game refs (money distributed by Club at beginning of Season)
  • Work with Club Admin to ensure all team players are in admin compliance
  • Enter team info, as needed, for tournaments
  • Communicate & coordinate team attendance/participation at DHS Youth Night
